Seeing Dan on stage cemented the idea that the part of the Young Boy would go to him. There was something about the way he acted, the way his character moved.

It clicked.

I saw the Young Boy being able to take aspects of that type of performance and channel it into something unique. Something that allowed the listener to envision a shy, nervous child that had never stepped outside the village gates.

Dan took the character and ran with it. We would sit and listen to the recordings and if we both didn't believe it or felt something was missing, Dan would jump right back in the booth and knock it out of the park.

It was truly amazing working with him and I cannot wait until it happens again.

Look for Dan in the next episode on March 5th, 2018!
